“Pre- paid our parking. Parking was fine, no issues at all, apart from when we tried to leave through the barrier and it wanted to charge us £270! As it was a Sunday we waited quite a while for the buzzer to be answered, and it turns out the automatic registration reader had got our number plate wrong by a letter. The problem was sorted once we were able to speak to an assistant, but it was stressful at the time.”
“Everything was great until I put my ticket in to exit and it said I was due £155 when I'd prepaid. After a major panic, I pressed the help button and gave my reg to get out of the car park. Not great as it caused panic and a queue as I waited for a response.”
