“Every time now ! I always pre-pay and even though my car registration is printed on my ticket the exit barrier never lifts. I always have to buzz and ask for assistance. Reason I pre-book is to save cost and time, however I now have to wait on assistance on every visit.”
“Directions on the communication and signage at the airport are different which makes for a slightly uncertain experience for first time users. Secondly, not having my payment registered delaying my departure while I waited for the operative to answer the call is irritating. Other than that, the car park is well placed and pre-booking represents great value for money”
