The reason I have marked it down as poor was due to the fact that despite paying in advance I did not receive a ticket when I approached the barrier as I expected, I pressed the button and spoke to someone to advise them of the situation and he told me to press for a ticket, which I did and this allowed me into the Terminal Surface Parking, on return to Edinburgh I inserted the ticket into the barrier to be informed that I was due to pay £270.00, I reversed to the main payment station, pressed the button to speak to someone who took my details, asked me to insert the ticket into the machine, which I did, a new ticket was produced which allow me to exit the airport parking, my review of poor may seem harsh however this also happened to me on a previous occasion when I returned from holiday September 2020 and also happened to my brother in law when we returned from our holiday September 2022. I just believe if you pay in advance you should not have this issue, which let's be honest is not the biggest issue in the world at present however I thought it worth mentioning.

Easy to find, well signposted. On leaving car park , inserted card then display showed payment of £305 +, despite car park being prepaid. Tried a few times which was rather alarming. Spoke to attendant on telecom and he immediately remedied. Otherwise trouble free.

Little bit too expensive - also never get automatic exit for some reason always have to contact concierge and give ref number‍♂️

Annoyed that when we drove out the machine asked for over £400 !,, despite having pre paid. Sorted out with a phone call but surely technology shoul be able to identify a car which has paid

I have sent a complaint twice about this experience however it has not been responded to yet, I was charged twice for the parking as my ticket didn’t work. Please look into the complaint and get back to me on this ASAP as the second charge was significant and in error.

Second time in a month the barrier did not recognise the booking and had to call the customer helpline. First time was just frustrating and not easily dealt with due to high wind making it difficult to hear - 2nd time was nearly as bad . Travelling with others and they had same issues
