“The online booking system never seems to recognise the car I book in and I am forever being caught at the barrier explaining to the agents the issue. This is especially the case if you change the VRN once booked. Not great really”
“Excellent for parking as only minutes walk to the departures, perhaps better signage at entrance too car park would help, as wasn’t sure where exact entrance was, would definitely use again, and recommend to others!!”
“Very well located and reasonably priced if you book well enough in advance. If I have a comment it is that the manner you enter if you have pre booked is not always clear. Also, we had a problem on the way out when it wanted to charge us £270! That was quickly fixed with no issues at all by the remote operator, despite it being well after midnight.
Very busy at all times so finding a vacant space takes patience, but there is always one there.”
“I was pleasantly surprised that there were plenty of spaces when I arrived. However despite prepaying for the car park when I was leaving the barrier display said I owed £200 which was a shock. When I pressed the help button I was told that the automatic recognition camera was not working on the day I arrived and the barrier was lifted for me.”
