Easy access, simple to organise, good resource. Also appreciate the few hours grace as our flight was delayed and we did not have to worry about parking.

It’s very difficult finding a space. Driving around for 10-15mins to find one. Thankfully wasn’t in a rush, but if I had been in any kind of rush, it would have been very stressful. There should be a way in which a space can be found easily.

Very good, parked a bit before the scheduled hour and no problem at all at the time of leaving. Also the Klarna payment option is a great help.

It was difficult to find a space when we first arrived but we eventually found one. Otherwise all good.

easy access but very, very, very, very busy and took us 10 minutes to find a space. Space are very tight also and when i came back the car next to me had parked too close to me so had to get in the passengers door !!!!!!!!!!!

Everything Ok, both Plane Parking with a friendly convenient bus and Short Stay directly by the terminal building. However twice now prepaid charges have not been recognised by the system, I have had to go through the on-call operator to get let out or avoid paying extra. The system clearing is not very effective. This can be stressful for travellers.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
