“Parking was easy Found a space with no problem When we were leaving I put my card in the machine and the bar did not rise I was asked for £200 I had prepaid and panicked I spoke to a man who asked for my registration number and found my booking He raised the bar and we drove off This spoiled this one experience and has not happened before when we park here”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
