“Parking was fine until arrived back at the airport. First of all I had paid for the parking online. When inserted my ticket into the machine it wouldn’t accept it when it finally did on 9th attempt it told me I was due £180. I then had to hold up the Que behind me and speak to assistance. Very stressful experience”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“The registration recognition didn’t work and so I had pre paid for my stay but then had to pay again on exit. The team reviewed it in a couple of days and refunded me very quickly.”
