“Easy to get to, followed directions through the app.
Only thing was when I was leaving and put my card in the machine it said I owed £180 which was a shock considering I had pre paid for my parking months in advance!! Called staff on the intercom and they let me out.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“This is the 2nd time we’ve booked this parking, usually fly from Glasgow and both times we’ve found the signage poor and missed which is the correct entrance to the carpark.
Maybe this is our issue but be on the look out. Was handy and efficient for the airport.
Book in advance as this cuts the cost dramatically.”
