“I used plane parking again recently. Online booking is quite easy. The car park was busy but managed to get a decent space. Only problem was the exiting, I inserted my ticket, it rejected it and said turn other way. I did this- rejected again. I did this in every possible way but still no joy. There is a small mike ( that you need to search for) and spoke to someone. He asked if previously booked and my registration number ( this was actually printed on the ticket I got on entry) he searched for this and released the barrier. This is the same problem I had on my previous visit too. A bit frustrating as it was early in the morning and I was trying to get home as soon as possible. That problem apart, I will use them again.”
“The bus that travels between the parking and the terminal needs to run more frequently. The wait is too long hence the bus gets very full. We had to let one go and wait twice the time. I am not going to use plane parking again unless the bus frequency is improved.”
