“A good choice if you want to be able to walk to and from the terminal. We had to change our car at the last minute and were able to do this thanks to help of customer services. All went smoothly. Would use again.”

“We initially went to - as you would because that's how most others do it - Long Stay parking only to be told that wasn't where we were and were redirected further on down the road to Plane Parking. To be fair the reservation does clearly say Plane Parking, I'm just surprised they don't use the "standard" short, medîum and Long Stay names. Other than that minor issue, the parking itself was good. Spaces were a reasonable size and the bus came pretty much straight away coming and going. The transfer wasn't very long either.”

“Bus drivers were really helpful and didn’t take long to get from the parking to the airport. Would definitely use again. Only part which was alarming was when we put the ticket in when we were leaving in and it said we needed to pay £450! We pushed the intercom button and they checked our registration and let us on our way. Still a bit of a scare though.”

Hello, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“Straightforward booking and payment. Number plate recognition did not work on entry, but a quick call and we were issued a ticket & entry. Exiting a week later was problem free. We always use this car park when flying from Edinburgh, easy walking distance to terminal, safe and well laid out.”

“Plane parking has moved, and I didn't know this or I might have considered another option. It used to be next to the long stay near the terminal and therefore was walkable with no need for a bus. However it is now much further away, so you need the bus. It caused me a slight delay not knowing this, but the bus was regular and it was easy enough to find a space. Still a great budget option.”

“We used the plane parking facility for the first time recently instead of long or medium stay and will definitely use it again. The only glitch was that the number plate recognition system failed necessitating manual intervention via the intercom system. The bus transfer proved to be fault free although I feel the shelter provided at the terminal end is too small and open to the elements. Fortunately the weather when we arrived back was good but on a wet and windy day the shelter would not be adequate.”
