“Parking was great. Easy to find, plenty of spaces and didn’t need to wait for a bus. However, on exit, the machine stated I owed £150 when I had prepaid. This was rectified once I spoke to a member of staff but would have been better if it didn’t occur.”
“Easy to find arrived slightly early than expected but after waiting outside the car park for a short while we entered and parked our car. waited a few minuits for the Bus which was quick and easy and on the return trip as we where the only passengers the driver helped us get our luggage on the Bus as it was raining a nice friendly guy and also helped us to unload our luggage at the car park.. very good excellent customer service and will reccomend and personaly use Plane Parking again on our next trip..”
