“Parking in the morning found a space no problem didn't have to wait too long for the bus however of my return the same day the bus had broken down but no one informed anyone that the brush the broken down waiting at the bus stop very cold for 45 minutes to an hour no busted arrived no way of contacting anyone to find out what have been happening managed to speak to one of the airport staff who had to ask someone to go to the car park and find out what was happening because the buses are run by an external company and even the airport don't have a way of contacting them that was when we found out that the butter broken down there would be a 15-minute delay before a replacement was arranged however 30 minutes later still no bus! There needs to be some way of informing passengers what time the buses coming if the buses coming what's happening there needs to be a displace screen and they're also needs to be a way of contacting someone be a help core button at the bus stop at the terminal but this also needs to happen the other way around as well because if the bus is aren't running for some reason you risk missing your flight if there's no way of contacting anyone so information like a telephone number also needs to be left as long as well as displays.”
“Easy to find, shuttle bus frequent and easy to use. Pre-paid ticket did initially try to charge on exit but through customer service this was quickly resolved.”
“Could not fault this at all. Affordable at just over £30 for 10 days. Drove in, park right away, get picked up and drop off quickly. All within 10 minutes.
When returned, bus was there in a couple of minutes, drop us off and we found the car where we left it and got out with a hassle.”
