“First time using plane parking as was recommended, unfortunately not great experience as had to wait 30 minutes for bus when going despite the promised 10 min turnaround time. Coming back card didn’t work in barrier however that was quickly resolved.”
“Every thing was fine; Except for the EXIT manoeuvre the OUT Ticket was NOT readable by the Machine; it appears to me that the Time/ date printing on the Parking Ticket was blurred.
This occurence has happened to me at least 3 times over the past few years.
It needs to be Sorted - Out !

Shuttle bus took 25 mins to arrive. Combined with journey time to car park and time to walk from baggage reclaim to the bus stop, around an hour to reach the car.”
“Arrival and the bus transfer was fine. It did take a bit of hunting to find a space. When we flew back, there was no bus for ages, as it was a cold night but dry we decided to walk. About half way to the car park we were passed by not one but two shuttle buses going the other way. So claims of a 15-20 minute frequency are somewhat exaggerated, at least during the wee small hours”
