“Was annoyed when i arrived after booking online to find that ther was no shuttle sevice available. This information was not made available on the website, had it have been wouldnt have booked with yurselves. i am a 73 year old so trundling suitcase across rough terrain not good for me ( i am a lone traveller)
alos had difficulty exiting ticket kept being rejected, had to press assistance button the man asked if i booked online when i said yes the barrier was released, no explanation given.
So all in all not a happy customer.”
“Easy to book, find & enter the car park. It's been busy every time we've used it so need to allow time to find a space. Pick up waiting time has been short and once a really cheery chap very early morning waited for us (and even told me I'd left my boot open!). That's service!”
