“When we arrived we were walking towards the bus stop with the bus waiting and as we got 50m or so away the bus drove away from us rather than waiting, we had to wait ten minutes for the next bus. Also we prebooked and paid for parking but as we were leaving the automatic barrier did not open and they tried to charge us £185 on the spot. After speaking to a member of staff at the barrier, he was able to retrieve our booking and open the barrier.”
