I was putting in bad situations, I got email from you and and I got direct to my plane parking but in real direction I went parking on long stay parking, never checked name id parking cause I believed that is my correct direction. So I paid f118 for my parking on long stay parking but never wanted be there. I'm sad and disappointed cause I believed directions and never been there”

“My first time using the Plane Parking and I will use it every time from now on. Easy to find, good signage, plenty of spaces ( when I was there) and buses every 10 minutes. I paid online before flying so no messing about when I got back. You do have a small walk from the bus stop to the terminal.”
