I booked the parking at Edinburgh Airport in advance. All the instructions were sent beforehand, so everything was very clear and the arrival went smoothly without any problems.
When leaving, the barrier didn’t open, but I called the provided number and the issue was resolved within just one minute. Excellent service!

Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, price of parking at the airport in general is exceptionally high, I feel. I previously used mid stay often, which carried a price of around £50 for a stay. Mid stay closer but doesn’t rely on any bus or staffing to transport (so lower cost to operate but I appreciate prime real estate and flexibility commands higher price).
£90-£150 just seems absolutely mental for parking near the airport for a holiday that already costs a fair bit. I used to park at the airport by choice because it carried a price similar to a taxi to and from the airport - but these days it’s becoming harder to justify the choice - which has implications to the airport income and environmental (given a taxi makes two return journeys compared to the cars one).”
“arival was good with and frequent pickup , but the bus stops are few and far between , the bus even drove past us when we were wlaking to bus stop . on return it was even worse , we arived back at 2am , we waited around 20min (could have been more) then a older bus picked us up with no space to put our cases , we had to stand and hold our case to stop them rolling around ( not the safest )”
“Everything was great until we tried to exit the car park after our holiday. The charge displayed on the machine was over £230 , when we had already payed. I can only guess that it was the new system that did not issue a ticket when we had arrived, (which meant we had no ref number to prove payment or get discount on our next time)
I have used this car park many times and it has always been first class, so I hope this was a one off.
