“Plane parking was easy and accessible upon entering however, upon exiting we were charged an extra £45 due to being later due to a flight change. Upset that our additional 7 hours parking cost us an extra £45”

If you have overstayed the time on your booked car parking you will be subject to pay the non pre booked for for the extra time. I would encourage you to contact your airline to seek reimbursement from them.

“Transport to and from the terminal was great and the friendly drivers very helpful, however, the terminal bus stop provides very little protection from the weather - very poor design.
The car park could be improved by creating more zones indicated by extra signs to make locating your vehicle easier. The car park road was strewn with gravel aggregates making dragging a wheeled suitcase awkward and uncomfortable. The approach road has numerous potholes some of which are quite large.”
