Only thing I wasn’t sure about is the ticket machine does not personally recognise you as the old long stay did.

“I followed directions to reach the Edinburgh Long Stay car park. Having driven up to the automatic barrier which opened to let my vehicle in and give me an exit token (as per directives in support email)… contrary to that advertised, no transit buses available, had to leg it to the airport terminal with luggage… to add insult to injury, was presented with a bill for £140.00 at point of exit. When I raised queries via the Help button at barrier, was then informed it was parked in wrong car park, but that I was being reprieved as this was a “genuine” mistake… which I do appreciate, but which makes me suspect that I might not be the first, nor will I be the last. As to whose mistake this is I leave to the reader…… shoddy and confusing directives!!”
