“Had to cancel trip due to Covid infection. Managed to change flights but no response to plea to change parking. Assume we’ve now lost the £60 we paid. Not impressed by this. Will probably use alternative parking when we do fly in a couple of weeks.”

“My daughter booked the car in and we parked on the Wednesday afternoon and return later Monday afternoon after a delay of 4 1/2 hrs, when we put the card in they said we had to pay, but I already paid for the car park, we press the button to speak to someone and he said we were in the wrong car park, which we have always used that one, but kind gentleman sorted out for us and we got on our way”
