“We accidentally parked in the Long stay apposed to the "Plane" parking. My mistake however when you go to the barrier the number plate camera recognises my number plate, so paid £35 for parking in one car park it would have been a good idea to have the system deduct what i paid off of the long stay parking. Ended up paying around £170 for 3 days parking”

“I arrived at the entrance to plane parking and found that I couldn't get in - the entrance was blocked and the machines were covered up. I had followed the signs to the entrance as well as following sat nav. As my flight was early in the morning, there was no way of speaking to anyone so I had to pay for parking elsewhere to ensure I made my flight.”
