I would like more prominence paid to accurate information on the merits of near stay and far stay parking zones.
It is also worrying that , through no personal fault I would be subject to a substantial penalty fee for delays caused by organisations who feed your business. If you wish to provide honest, understanding service to users, get your ethical culture working and cut the customer more slack when they have pre-booked well in advance.”
