“Arrived early in the morning, no problem finding a space - I was upgraded to terminal parking. When I came back from holiday, there was an issue with the barrier recognising tickets that had already been paid but i pressed the assist button, gave my registration number and the barrier was lifted. Excellent”

“Wasn’t very clear how to access our parking booking when we arrived and then the machine tried to charge us over £200 to leave. Parking was great otherwise, and being such a short walk to the airport was perfect.”
“Parking was fine but some people had problems at the exit barriers including me when entering a pre paid ticket the display was requesting an extra payment. It was resolved with an intercom call but is an inconvenience”
