The parking is easy to navigate to, seems very secure and we had no problem finding a space to park in. The buses were frequent and we didn't have to wait more than about 10 minutes for one either on departure or our return. The only real criticism I have is that the bus drops you a long walk from the departures area at the airport - especially if (like us) you have a lot of luggage. There also weren't many luggage trolleys near the bus stop at the airport when we first got dropped off so that made things a little bit more challenging as well. Having said that, would definitely use them again but if I had a lot of luggage in future I'd probably look for something a little more convenient

Good bus service to and from the car park. Driver was very helpful as we had someone in our party using a wheeled walking frame. The only criticism is that the return bus stop was quite a way from the arrivals lounge. Other than that it was a pleasant experience as we were not waiting long for a bus.

Pre-paid up front but when entered ticket at barrier on way home was asked for £150! Took several minutes to get an answer before sorting this out.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
