“Very expensive for what it as, although this may be because we booked at short notice. ANPR did not recognise my vehicle on entry and had to wait a couple of minutes for support, which was difficult to make out what the person was saying. Also, there were not many identifiable areas in the parking lot, which made it difficult to find the car on our return when it was pitch dark. Having said that, it was handy for the airport and we did not need to wait around for the shuttle bus in either direction”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Unexpectedly, it was so easy. The ease of finding of the car park, parking and getting the bus. The driver was so helpful. The drop off near the door and colossal signage, when I returned off a long haul flight when I was a bit dozy to find the bus pick up point again. “I have used plane parking at Edinburgh airport quite a few times now. I prefer to keep my keys when I go on holiday,I've read some horror stories,so it suits me fine. It has been a challenge ,sometimes, to find a space but I always fine one eventually. Buses are frequent and driver waited for people on the corner who were just getting their cases out of the car. Car was safe,exactly where I left it and in the condition I left it in.”
