“Easy to find and driver was very helpful. Slight problem with ticket getting out, saying I owed £160, when I had pre-paid online. However man at end of intercom resolved quickly and I was soon on my way”
“Close to airport with a frequent, short bus journey to and from the terminal building. Having arrived back late and delayed, the efficient service was much appreciated. Plenty of capacity in the car park.”
“We booked two weeks in Plane Parking as it was the cheapest parking at the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes so that was useful and you do need it as it is a long route back to the terminal. The parking is reasonable secure as it has cameras and barriers. The surface is gravel so not good for your suitcases however the roadways are tarmac. The route to the car park could be better signposted from the main road and the road on route needs serious attention. However as it was a cheaper alternative for our two weeks away I would use it again and recommend it.”

“Everything about this car park says temporary, from hastily laid tarmac to inadequate shelters and poor lighting. On our return had to wait at least 20 mins. for the shuttle bus. I needed to have my ticket validated as the ANPR did not work on arrival. Although he could not validate the ticket, 'Mick' in the multi-storey office was very helpful in explaining what I had to do. Full credits to 'Mick' in what otherwise was a dismal experience.”
“Plane parking instructions to find the parking were good, the bus was very frequent and picked us up and deposited us off very efficiently. I have no issur with the service provided. Overall however I do have a massive issue with parking costs at Edinburgh airport. Plane parking was the cheapest available for 10 days was £135 which involved offsite parking and a bus. Parking in the multi story wad £255.
If one considered that consumers spend yime looking for the best holiday deal to then impose + 10% or 20% on top for airport parking renders Edinburgh airport uncompetitive.
I will make no future plans to fly from Edinburgh Airport moving forward.”

“Entry and exit superb . Bus to terminal great only problem re car park is that there are only 2 bus stops and you can get very wet reaching them depending on where you get parked”

When we arrived it was pretty full but we found a spot quite quickly and only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle bus which promptly took us to the terminal building. Similarly, we arrived back in Edinburgh late and only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle bus. The directions provided by Plane Parking were easy to follow and the whole process was trouble-free.”
