“Really easy to use and conveniently close. Minor points that I think could improve. 1 increase the time frequency of the busses and 2. Maybe add another bus stop in the car park, if you dont get parked near either of the bus stops you do have a little walk to get too one”
“It was easy to find but not completely clear what I had to do by entering. I ordered and payed a parking spot online but I did not get clear instructions via the mail how to get in and out of the parking lot. So I used the intercom twice which was fine but maybe easier with a better explanation before hand online. Other then that it was all easy with the bus driving up and down to the airport!”
“Parking was ok transfer was quick only problem was upon my return when trying to leave when the ticket was presented the machine asked for £160.00 to get out after explaining to the guy on the speaker who said there was no record of the booking he eventually let me out as I told him if he sent someone out I had a photo copy of booking and payment.”
“Plane parking might be abit away from terminal, but it is so easy, turn up to entrance, barrier scans your Reg & you get ticket, then park your car. on return collect your car head to exit , stop at barrier & it scans your Reg agian & lets you out, it is so simple & if you do have problems press the help button.”
