“The online purchasing request a flight number and so registers the time of arrival for the return flight. Unfortunately, I had neglect to notice the 24hr clock timing and I had booked my parking until 11.30 am instead of the 11.30pm I needed for my return. This meant that on exiting I was charged an extra £45 for a 12hr overstay on a 1 week booking which cost £109. So not only did their online system not cross reference my arrival time with my booking, I was also charged around 40% more for a minor mistake. The cost of the parking at the airport is not cheap, and I think that it is reasonable to expect that if you input flight numbers and times that the online system double checks your booking to see that you have given yourself enough time for checking in and returns. This was my first time ever flying abroad and I am very disappointed with the service, when I looked to contact their customer services, there is no phone number to speak to someone directly, only a number to leave a voicemail or an address to email, again not the level of service expected for something that costs so much.”
