“IWe were at the boarding gate on Tuesday the 7th April with my Grandson and my daughter . We stood for 30 mins then told to return back upstairs as the crew were late/needing to replace? This was 10.25 am to take of at 10.45am. She then instructed us to be ready to board at 11.05am. My Grandson needed to use the bathroom saying he felt sick . We returned at 10.50 am to a GATE CLOSED . I had to go down to easy jet and she sold me 3 more tickets at a cost of £330 pounds! She did call a Scott? supervisor who was not interested. When we went on easy jet website the flights were only £64 Pound each!!! Safe to say I will not be flying with them again and am putting in a formal complaint....”
“Always best price, bus to and from car park does a good job, always been able to find parking space without too much looking. Always my first choice, unless they decide to price themselves out.”
“Many aspects of using Edinburgh Airport are poor, exceopt the parking. 10 years ago it was also poor, but now its well organised, responsive, reasonable, competitive, tidy, secure - what more could a motorist want in an airport park. Do it online though, far cheaper, and flexible too. Can change the duration from afar, and it works well. The facility to drop the car near the terminal and pay rates more like parking afar is a newer feature in the last 2 years, and that works very well. Only criticism is that they assume everyone flies only for holidays.”
“Plane parking is the ideal combination of value and convenience. Only 5mins straight to the terminal and plenty of spaces to park. Connecting bus runs all the time with no distance to pick up .”
