“Easy option for parking at Edinburgh Airport. I had an issue with payment which was an error on the P P system but it was resolved in seconds and we were all on our way home happy after a great holiday :-)”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Very happy with the parking service at Edinburgh airport, we found the park easily enough, parked the car and got the transfer bus almost instantly and it was the same on our return. We paid £40 for 7 days. We're from Glasgow and usually fly from there but this wasn't possible on this occasion. When you take the taxi fares to and from our home, which is less than 5 miles from Glasgow Airport, this actually worked out cheaper, so bottom line is we'll have no problem in considering travelling from Edinburgh Airport in the future.”
“Carpark had good number of spaces available and shuttle bus was very quick to arrive for both journeys. If anything could be improved, it would be the prominence and quality of the signposting from the A8 to the carpark itself. Will definitely use again.”
“No real problems at a decent price. Bus was prompt and efficient. Only issue I had was once again my number plate was not recognised on entry ( it never does when I use plane parking) which results in a delay when leaving. Not a great problem as the issue was rectified relatively quickly but it would be good to get number plates recognised correctly.”
