“We were extremely confused and seriously overcharged with our paring. No where was it clear what plane parking was. We entered a car park, which I still do not know for whom it was aimed. It used to be the long stay car park, which is where we thought we were going. There turned out to be no bus, but the pathways for walking to the terminal were extremely unclear. We were slightly surprised to take a ticket, but having already checked in and paid £24.99 we thought this was just part of the process. When we returned just over 24hiurslater we were again surprised when the barrier did not lift for our vehicle. And imagine the extreme distress to be confronted with an outstanding fee of £75. Something has clearly gone badly work with your systems for explaining what car parks are which. I still do not understand therefore what the car park we used was, there were no warning signs re fees and quite how you have the audacity to charge £79 for barely over 24 hours is beyond me. I consider this extremely unsatisfactory. The ticket states it os both long stay AND short stay.Reference booking number: RT5ZRGZIQ”
“The parking was fine. However, we could not find the airport bus stop to take us to the car park on our return. The issue was the lack of signage from the airport. Other travellers were also affected. After an hour of searching and asking other bus drivers, airport staff, Lothian buses and trams personnel, we eventually found it. It took us about an hour. There was no phone number on the booking to ask for directions, nor any information as to where the relevant directions could be obtained. It spoilt what had otherwise been a good journey home. Please ensure there is adequate signage in future.”
“Only 10 min walk from terminal there is buses but i preferred the walk parking was so easy & very secure my car was here for 3 wks with no problems whatsoever
