“After our flight home arrived 2 hours late in the middle of the night we where desperate to get in our car and get home. However both cars where not registered when arrived at the barrier to leave. Had to get help and state our booking reference. The gentleman’s attitude on the intercom was shocking, on top of that I had three young children under the age of 5 in the car exhausted and desperate to get home and was kept at the barrier for over 15minutes while he searched for our details. It was just totally unacceptable.”
“On returning to the car park on our way home, we were going to be charged £140.00even though I had prepaid before going on holiday. We were told that our car registration number had not been picked up on our entry to the car park, despite the number being printed on the parking ticket generated on entry. This was very upsetting especially as it happened at 1.00am.”
“Very easy to get to. The bus picked us up within minutes of arriving as they are very frequent and even when returning there was a bus to pick us up sitting to go back to the car park.”
