“Directions on confirmation email took us to the wrong car park. When we left the machine said we had a huge amount to pay. Thankfully we contact someone and they checked and noticed we had already paid and let us through. We were in the parking that had a shuttle bus service, sign when we arrived to say there was no bus. It was very early, cold, dark and raining. Will never park at this airport again.”
“Locating the "Plane Parking" was easy, finding a space not so easy. The buses ran as advertised and stopped outside the terminal. Signage for "Plane Parking" in the terminal on the return was not clear, its not with other buses. Otherwise it was easy. Recommend to take an umbrella, the car might be a long walk from the bus stop!”
“No plate wasn't recognized by the automated system. Assistant wasn't happy/willing to support. No response on e-mail. However, another attempt talking to the assistant while checking out solved the problem. Customer Care needs to be improved.
Bus shuttle worked well. Nothing to complain.”
