I would like to thank the bus driver for stopping and helping my husband and myself with our cases onto the bus on our arrival at plane parking. I have a knee injury and the driver could see that we were struggling, he was so cheerful and helpful which set the flavour of our departure experience. Thank you again! Our return journey experience was less positive but not the driver's fault. The entry & exit barriers to plane parking were faulty which caused delays for everyone and in the early hours of the morning, is quite frustrating. Having said that, we will definitely continue to use plane parking, though the roads to and from could be improved please.

No problems until we tried to exit and were told we owed £180! Spoke to member of staff via intercom who raised the barrier, obviously some kind of system error - quickly sorted!

Very well signposted within the airport, very courteous drivers, both ways and wait, even at 2.40am was within 10 mins.

Brilliant. Parked in Plane Parking, shuttle bus driver saw me parking & waited. On return the shuttle was there almost immediately. Couldn’t fault the Plane Parking & price was excellent.

Your bus drivers are, and I'm being measured here, morons. April 16, around 6am, I had a driver taking corners very dangerously. I had to stand as I had a golf bag and I nearly fell over multiple times. April 21, around 2pm, I had a driver be quite rude when I asked to be dropped off somewhere that I didn't realize wasn't a stop. I had been picked up there before. Two other passengers were quite surprised by his tone. Completely unnecessary. I'd use your service again, but please employ/train people who can interact with some sense of manners.

I booked it well in advance and paid online. However, when leaving I was asked at the gate to pay £180 and had to contact the support team to resolve it. The reg scanner clearly did not work as it supposed to.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time Kind regards, Customer Support Team
