“For reasons outwith our control we missed the connecting flight and had to return the following day.
When we tried to call the help line it was only automated and told us nothing could be done, we had to go online. When we tried to fix it online, it wouldn't allow us to.
When we arrived the next day, the only way i could remove my car was to pay £45.
I explained it on the intercom but the man said he couldn't help and i had to pay, then claim it from the airline.
Not impressed.”

Had an issue on existing car park did not lift barrier when ticket was entered but when we spoke on the intercom it was lifted.”
“Travelled with 3 children, 5 cases, buggy and child seat. AWFUL…….Only 1 bus operating and doing rotation so you have to wait. We stood for 20mins and couldn't get onto first bus due to capacity. Bus was full when it pulled up to bus stop 2. Only two stops in the entire site. Further wait required with screaming tired children. Great start!
No safe walking routes, cant cross between cars as its gravel so have to push all luggage (and children) along vehicle routes which was uneven and covered in debris making it very difficult. Not a carpark for family's at all!
Was listed as on airport! Technically true but not accessible by foot as it takes you through airport industrial sites including MT and new carpark developments.
All in all……..worst experience yet of a UK airport! Not family friendly, not safe and all in all a nightmare! Never again!”
