“There are only 2 pick up points at Plane Parking which for the size of the car park is poor. The bus service is good with buses appearing every 10 min”
“Easy to find as signs directed you clearly. The bus was there within 10 minutes and takes you to the terminal. When you return the signs direct you and it’s back where the bus dropped you off. Easy, hassle free parking.”
“Ticket wouldn’t work at exit. Machine saying I we owed over £360 although we had pre paid in full. Queue of traffic behind me ! Couldn’t get anyone to answer the help tannoy for over 20 minutes not great at 1am.

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Easy to book. Great that there is a bus to take you to airport. Only problem was when leaving car park, I inserted my ticket and was told my outstanding balance was £150, I had pre paid £60 online fir my parking prior to my trip. However, this was sorted after talking to a staff member through the intercom.”
“Found the road to the car park there was road works and the lights weren’t working so was a big awkward to get to the parking area once in parked up and went to a pick up point had a short wait for the transfer bus it had the same problem with the lights once stopped of was a long walk to departures
On return the light were working so that was better
On putting in the ticket to leave it asked for £180 to exit I used the intercom and the nan took my details and opened the barrier it was a bit frustrating but overall we were happy with the parking”
