“Easy to book, access was straightforward and found a space after a short search. The bus was prompt but difficult to store luggage on it making it a challenging short journey. The journey back on the bus that was full with again, no room to store luggage safely on the bus. Not easy to find car in the dark so suggest you take a photo when parking...needs more signage / lighting to help locate vehicles. Very slow to leave the car park as cars were taking a few minutes each to get through the barrier. Temp. roadworks traffic lights, outside the park were stuck at red..no one in attendance, causing more delays.”
“I booked the parking and never got proper confiration then when i called them the said park where you like so went to longstay and seamingly wrong carpark. Struggled to get out but luckily the attendant was ok and let me out”

“Everything was "OK", however there was quite a long wait for the "night" bus back to the car park. Due to the wait, the bus was packed. It was a normal coach and did not have any luggage stowage, resulting in difficult loading/off-loading, with people trying to squeeze down the aisle jam-packed with luggage. Some zone marking in the car park would also help.”
“We used Plane Parking 1st June to 8th June this year. It was very easy to book and easy to locate on arrival. The entry / exit system worked perfectly and the shuttle bus to and from the terminal also very efficient.”

Buzzed the reception they said be ok just buzz us on way out it will be ok .
10 days later yup got out okay .
Both bus drivers were polite and cheerful.
Road works were horrible but only because the traffic lights were not operating properly when first arriving but thats not parking fault.”
