Arrived 20mins late as plane was held up in Zurich due to Zelensky at a summit. Anyway when I entered the prepaid card it showed that I owe outstanding £140. Took 7mins to get to someone over the intercom and this fee was then removed.

I pre paid for parking but when I went to leave I couldn't get out as it said I owed £120. Thankfully I spoke to someone on the intercom who took my reg number and let me out.

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Drop off pick up point is a long way from the terminal. Acess road is a mess of road works and potholes and its not easy to see the way in the dark.

Arrived at the car park early Wed. No staff and VERY confusing signs indicating where to park. Left car in mid car park and received a £170 fine when I exited the car park this following Sunday. Unbelievable!!!

Thank you for your review, I can confirm that our car parks are manned 24 hours per day day however as the car park is self serve we do not have staff at the barrier when you enter as this is not required however if you press the intercom buzzer it will connect you to our car parking team if required. The parking guidance to the site was good. Once inside it was difficult to find a site. There was a sign no buses available and I had a long walk, fortunately it was dry. On return I found my car but on exiting ,I was asked to pay £140 extra. When questioned the assistant just raised the barrier.

The parking was very good regular transit buses with friendly drivers and busy sitting waiting on us coming home. All very efficient.
