“My return flight was overbooked resulting in a delay of two days.. I ended up having to pay £80 over and above the £70 I had already paid. The extra 2 days cost more than the 5 days I had already paid for. This charge can ONLY be described as a punishment. Do not use this Company”

If you have overstayed your car parking booking you will be subject to pay the non pre booked rate upon returning for the days that weren't booked.

“Used Plane Parking a few times now and can't complain much about it. Booked well in advance is the way to do this, can't believe how much it has cost me. My only complaint is that when you have multiple bookings, the online account can't handle it. It's almost impossible to change between bookings, instead it defaults to a previous booking.”

Reasonable carpark, transport to and from by bus every 15 mins. Accidentally booked a day less, made another booking to rectify, on exit got an additional charge but was resolved via online form.”
