“The whole parking experience was spoiled by an unhelpful and rude minibus driver, on our return. He offered no help to put the suitcases in the minibus and was rude to another customer.
The car oar entry system was very good and parking was easy. Quite a long walk from the drop off/pick up point to the airport admission/departure lounges.”

“Cons:
Difficult to locate exact parking lot. A postcode to where people can reach with satnav would be helpful. As many new people will be trying to use it, better to have postcodes.
Parking was closed without any prior info on 07th April.
No help available in airport to advise about this closure.
Pro:
While paying at the gate, called for help using the intercom. We were given right help without much hassle .”
Thank you for your review. None of our car parks were closed on 7th April. None of our car parks have postcodes as the postcode for the airport would direct you to the terminal building. We provide directions to the car park that you have booked into in your booking confirmation and these are also available on the website.

“First time using the parking facility at Edinburgh Airport but would thoroughly recommend and will definitely utilise this service in the future.
Our flight home was delayed by a number of hours and the attendants at the information desk were so helpful and understanding on our arrival back home. It also didn’t help that I’d misplaced the parking ticket however there was no issue upon exiting.
Transport to and from was also very timely and streamlined.”
