“Plane Parking was very easy to get to as the directions given were very clear. Only issue was part of the road near the parking site which was in a vey bad condition probably due to the lorries using the industrial sites accessed by the same road. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. We would have no hesitation in using Plane Parking again.”
“Very difficult to find a space when I arrived, and when leaving tried to charge me £160 at the barrier despite pre-paying! The member of staff who dealt with the error was great and couldn't have been more helpful, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Shuttle bus from the airport back to plane parking took over 20 mins to arrive and couldn't accommodate everyone waiting so others had to wait almost double that. Overall very disappointed with my experience on this occasion.”

I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Parking is furthest from airport along a badly potholed road, there is one minibus as all the larger buses are broken. When we tried to exit car park they tried to charge us an additional £120 and it seems they were doing this to all the cars trying to exit as we all had to contact them to get gate opened.”
