It did exactly as it said it would, easy to find,easy to park, a few minutes on the bus and at the airport...and exactly the same when we came back,would certainly use them again.

Easy to get to the car park Bus driver was lovely and even though the barrier didn’t lift when leaving - we called via the button and got out easily with a friendly parking attendants help Will definitely use again

The problem I’ve had with Plane Parking the last 2 times I’ve used it is the long wait for pick up from the airport at night. Both times the wait was close to 25 minutes. It would put me off using the service.

Good value for money, the bus service is easy and efficient, it's definitely worth booking in advance. However, the payment machine didn't register our booking trying to charge us but calling the help number worked well and fixed the problem quickly.

Thank you for your review, I'm pleased to hear that you found our parking facilities easy to use and good value for money. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Parking is extremely close to the terminal. Bus connection is good. When we stayed there was road works happening and it made the exit a very long wait.
