“The Plane Parking is appropriatly signed, however the car park is only partially surfaced, and the bus stops are so far apart, that it is not a great experience. There is also no information about when the bus service due. This is the least expensive officlal parking option, but there are much better options if booking a few weeks in advance.”
“On our return 9/8/24 the bus was unsuitable for lots of people with large cases, some were having to carry them to the rear of the bus. The ticket machine at exit would / could not read our ticket but this was rectified by using the intercom. Previous uses of this car park have been very good.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.
I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
We are currently looking into additional storage for luggage on the shuttle buses with the relevant teams.

“Great location, easy to use but we had a problem with the ticket not working on exit at 1.30am. When the operator finally answered the help buzzer they wouldn’t believe there was a problem despite the other lane having the same problem- no idea why there is a ticket when there is number plate recognition in operation!”
