“We have used Plane Parking previously but were a bit disappointed this time. The transfer bus drove off from stance 1 when we were nearly at the back of the bus and the driver must have seen us. The same happened on the return journey. The pick up we got was a big minibus with the luggage being put in the boot. The mini bus stopped at the allotted stop at the airport but there was nothing to indicate it was being used by Plane Parking.”
“I had booked a time to leave of 00:30 on the 10th of October. I arrived at 23:54 on the 9th of October (36 minutes early) and was thus charged £100 to leave. I got in touch with a complaint form and have yet to hear back. This charge is just ridiculous and predatory behaviour and has left me feeling quite disgusted by the whole thing.”
“As expected, this parking is quite a distance from the terminal but not unreasonably so given the price. There seemed no sign of a bus on arrival so I walked to the terminal, although it was easy to find a bus on my return. I was slightly concerned when, despite paying in advance, the barrier gate wanted a further £80 to allow me to leave. Fortunately, the intercom worked and I was eventually released but I could have done without the initial stress! Overall, good value despite the hiccups.”
