“Used Plane Parking for the first time this October and found it great. Directions to car park were spot on. Parked up caught the bus, which arrives regulary and off to the airport. On returen went to the Plane Parking bus stop where a bus was waiting and took us back to the car park. Would just say take careful note of where you park as the car park is vast and you could spend some time looking for your car!”
“I normally book the Plane Parking as value for money. If like me you’re taking a squad to dancing, it’s still cheaper dropping them off and getting the bus back yourself. Never had any real issues? Staff are always decent and friendly and if you do have any issues they are resolved in the spot”
“Excellent service. The confirmation email contained excellent directions to find the car park. The bus was regular and the drop off/pick up a very short walk to the terminal building. Will definitely use again.”
“After arriving at the car park we waited over 30 minutes for a bus to the terminal.. During this period a bus driver saw fit to arrive at the car park and sit for 15 minutes near the entrance before thinking that he should perhaps pick up some customers.”
“My experience was generally fine until I came back from holiday. On the way back from the terminal to my car the driver I had was very rude and sarcastic. He was in a silver mini bus which was not obviously advertised as the bus to plane parking. Upon asking him which side to board the bus on and which door to use, which wasn't immediately clear, I was given an unnecessarily rude and sarcastic response. It wasn't a very nice experience.”
