“Waited for over 20 minutes for a bus to come then a minibus turned up. There were too many people to get on it, so we had to walk in the rain to the car park as we couldn't wait any longer. I believe the bus had broken down. The service is normally much better than this, some communication would have helped.”
“Easy access. Plenty of spaces, just had to look for them. Bus shuttle both to terminal and back was efficient with minimal waiting for either journey. Only slight criticism would be there was insufficient space on bus for luggage and that's with the bus being less than half full.”
“It’s a good service, prices are good . We used it many times and we think the waiting time for the bus is too long. Last time we waited more than 30 min to take the bus.”
