“The directions are not clear after you take a ticket and enter the car park. The multi story is very full and I had to park on the top level. This was fine during the day but when I returned late at night it was very dark and quiet and felt unsafe”
“Wayfinding desperately needs updating. We drove around the terminal parking lot a couple of times before we found a sign directing us to the multi-storey entrance. On exit signs need to be hanging near exits, not a small white A3 sign at actual exit. Other than signage issues, terminal parking is great and very convenient - free fast track is brilliant!”
