“Booking online is super easy directions to fast track parking very poor on arrival at airport on return we collected the car without any trouble and when we got to the barrier to get out we were asked for £380 so had to press the button to get the issue resolved”
“Far too expensive for what we got. £90 + for Five days but as pensioners we accepted to be under cover and near the terminal. On entering the car park we found no room until the 5th floor externally in the rain etc. then discovered that you have to pay for a trolley absolute rip off.”
“We had an early flight and transport from Fife was limited to a taxi. Upon checking prices, it was cheaper to park and we chose the multi story. Easy to find a park and we were in the terminal building within a couple of minutes. When returning, it was so convenient to collect the bags and go straight to the car. No waiting for buses or someone to pick us up. Will definitely look at using this again.”
“Parking fine. Changed car registration on booking one week before use but system insisted I owed £800 on exit. Call fixed it, but not the first time this has happened. Need to integrate booking system to car park systems.”
