“On arrival on the 16th of the June there were diversions in place but this was not mentioned on the website when I booked it a couple of days earlier, this lead oto some cunfusion. Apart form that no proble at all.”
“Multi-Storey parking is usually fine in general, I prefer it to other parking sites at the airport. On this occasion there was working ongoing at the entrance barriers and the signage wasn’t great, we were really confused on entry and indicated to one of the workers who pointed to us to enter via terminal parking. Only when we entered did we see diversion signs. Signage should have been better or an email advising that there was work happening could have been sent to all affected customers”

I noticed one car leaving and got this space. Surely paid places should have acpkace reserved. The stress caused before a holiday is not good.
I have written a complaint yesterday and look forward to z response.”
“The last twice I have booked the multistory with Fast track and each time my car hasn’t been recognized and I need to get assistance. I appreciate this isn’t a major job but is a bit inconvenient when you are going for a flight or trying to get home.”
