“Wayfinding desperately needs updating. We drove around the terminal parking lot a couple of times before we found a sign directing us to the multi-storey entrance. On exit signs need to be hanging near exits, not a small white A3 sign at actual exit. Other than signage issues, terminal parking is great and very convenient - free fast track is brilliant!”

“After entering my ticket at the exit gate, it did not recognise my prepaid booking. Fortunately after pressing the button for assistance, the staff were friendly and able to resolve the issue immediately. Not sure what the issue was, but glad it was resolved very quickly.”
