“It took me 30 minutes to find a space
I noticed one car leaving and got this space. Surely paid places should have acpkace reserved. The stress caused before a holiday is not good.
I have written a complaint yesterday and look forward to z response.”
“The last twice I have booked the multistory with Fast track and each time my car hasn’t been recognized and I need to get assistance. I appreciate this isn’t a major job but is a bit inconvenient when you are going for a flight or trying to get home.”
“Easy to access. Each floor has a display of the number of spaces free. This is not accurate. I ended up on the fifth floor which is not covered after all the floors below said there were spaces which was not true . On each floor are a number of spaces which are blocked off - the signs need to be adjusted to show the true numbers of spaces free. I would have preferred to park under cover - a seagull crapped on my car.”
“Walkway from Car Park to Security fast track was excellent and easy to find.
After returning the direct route back to car park from terminal building was not easy to find and I found myself entering the car park from the side.”
