“Can’t say it’s a great experience. The entrance to the car park fits a bike. My last 3 trips I have not been able to exit with my ticket and spend ages in a line of traffic waiting to exit. Surely that should be sorted now. Your lifts need serviced too.”

“Pre-booked parking online. This was my first time of using the multi-storey, since all the parking was changed, it will become the norm for parking when going away for any length of time.
Entry to the car park was easy, first barrier provided ticket, second barrier recorded number plate and validated ticket.
An early morning flight, no bags to check in, the convenience of the bridge into the airport and the fast track passes was fantastic, from parking to getting through security, I was in duty free in around 20 minutes.
On return, last flight, again returned to car, no waiting on a bus, and drove to barrier, it lifted and out, no problems.”
