“Arrival and fast track excellent. Unfortunately at the barrier it would not open and it said we were owe £360 . Took ten minutes to sort out and this has happened previously! I was holding up people behind and embarrassing when I don't know why this should have to happen.”
“Had a prepaid deal. Everything as planned and worked as expected on arrival. On exit inserted ticket and was told we needed to pay £720!!!! Spoke to a man on the intercom and barrier raised allowing exit. Ultimately no problem but initially stressful and not what needed after 16 hour flight at end of two weeks away.
