Not really sure why you want customer experience feedback as it’s just parking.”
“The exit barrier want not working for pre payments, therefore I had to call the intercom and talk with someone before the barrier could be lifted. There was a queue to exit the car park as it seemed no one could exit with the automated barrier and everyone was using the intercom. Poor service for an expensive car park.”
“All was great till leaving when we were told we owed £320 although we had prepaid. Soerted very quickly but this was the third time we have had similar problems.”
