“Excellent facility. However for some reason despite having pre booked and paid I was asked for £150.00 on exit. The member of staff that answered the call button was very helpful and sorted the problem out quickly.”
“All very easy - only problem I had was when leaving the car park on entering my ticket the machine said I owed £180 even though I was in my allotted time - I pressed the intercom button which was answered immediately & the attendant raised the barrier after confirming my car registration”
“The parking was fine. We bought a pre-paid ticket but the system did not recognise my car number and hence my number was not printed on my ticket on entry. Upon exit, this meant I had to press on the button to speak to someone, provide details and ask to be let out, which was a hassle given there were cars behind. There is a need to work on the system car number recognition as it is causing inconvenience.”
“Very easy to find and park, though leaving the car park was a bit tricky wouldn’t let us go so had to contact someone who let us out after gave him our number plate details, booked in September but changed our car details in October (which was very easy) other airports don’t have this problem we experienced maybe something to look into”

“Great getting in, fast track security etc. Bit more cumbersome getting back to car park on return and on exit told I owed £225!! But this was swiftly sorted on calling the person at the end of the buzzer. Definitely use again next time at Edinburgh airport.”
