“Easy access to the airport, 1 minute walk and your in the airport, get in the lift and you exit into the departures area. Pay abit extra and choose multi-storey parking. Very good if you good young children.”
“Ticket machine didn’t recognise my car even though it was pre paid. Work college had called to make sure the ticket would allow me out on return without fafing around (my flight was landing late). The exit ticket machines weren’t working there was a queue of around 20 cars to get out the car park. When I eventually got to the exit barrier the machine asked me for £155. This I paid as it was now 11pm.”
“Everything was excellent, until I tried to leave the car park at the end of the day. When I put my ticket in the machine at the exit, it informed me that I owed £70, despite having paid for the parking in advance. I had to press the call button on the machine and wait until someone picked up. Meanwhile, a queue was building up behind me. Once my call was answered and I had provided my license plate number I was allowed to leave, but this is clearly a suboptimal system.”
“Overall parking fine but not for the first time my booking didn’t correlate with when I went to exit as it wanted t(charge me £165and had to buzz buzzer and wait to explain the situation. Might seem like a small thing but this has happened many times recently and obviously an issue.”
“I have used the multi storey parking a number of times recently. Getting into the car park presents no problems and the link bridge and fast track passes are very useful. Unfortunately getting out again despite having prepaid has proved problematic as each time the machine has failed to recognise my ticket resulting in queues of less than happy motorists stuck behind me waiting to exit.”
