“Direction signage to the multi-storey car park is excellent (apart from one island, although fairly obvious). Automatic number recognition at the barrier works well on entry and exit. Walking to and from the terminal with spinner suitcases is easy, including using the lifts. Clean toilets on the ground floor. The only problem you could encounter is forgetting exactly where you parked after a few days away. A good note of some sort takes care of that problem.

“Busy car park but got a space and like the fast track pass. Exit machine wasn’t working properly, apparently we weren’t the only one this happened too, it tried to charge us £1,845 pounds in exit! Scary moment. Had to go to office to show prepayment and then they opened barrier to let Liz leave.”

“Always use the multi storey when travelling. It makes parking stress free & when you only have hand luggage, thr Bridge to security with the included fast track is great. Maybe EA could considder including fast track at passport control for the return journey.”
“Booked multi-storey for fast track and were bitterly disappointed to discover its only security and not passport. Our requirement is speedy exit.
Today when going through the booking process there is NOW a separate section for fast track passport which was not obvious when we booked. This ambiguity cost us an extra £29 as we wouldn't have chosen the multi storey.
Fast track should be fast track full stop.”
