“I have used your car parking thrice this year but every time I have tried to exit the car park there is a message saying that I have not paid! Is this something that I am doing wrong or is it an issue at your end. The first time this happened it was quite alarming. I wait to hear your reply.”

“I paid my parking fees online months prior to travelling and on my return I was charged £360 so the barrier would rise. Totally unacceptable and have filed a complaint and produced my paperwork and ticket to the help line. Absolutely put me off using airport parking for good.”
“Process was really smooth and straightforward, would definitely use again. Only snag was that when leaving the the car park and I had to insert the card-eventhough I had already pre paid- I was told I needed to pay £360. I called for assistance and it was resolved straightaway, however was a big shock at first.”
“HAD TO PAY TWICE
I had a pre booked pre paid multi storey car parking space for 36 hrs. Automatic exit barrier registration place recognition system out of order. I had to pay AGAIN at ticket machine to get out - and told to claim it back via customer service helpline. No answer the next day when I called the helpline - except a message telling me they close at 2pm each day. I’ll try emailing instead. Car park was clean, well lit, on -site personnel were polite but unable to refund me when I encountered them after I had paid again at the machine.”
“convenient, easy access and the fast pass thru security was a great addition. only criticism was that when I was leaving the machine asked me to pay 150 quid - I had to contact the support team to explain I had prepaid and they let me thru. Overall would recommend.”
