“Parking spaces counter not working saying over 50 spaces when none were available on that particular floor. I have to phone assistance every time as well.”
“Getting into the car park is easy enough it’s getting back out that’s the problem. When I put my ticket in the exit barrier it automatically asked me for £180! I’d already paid £45 when I pre booked in line for my 4 day stay. Had to call for assistance, give my reg number and the guy on the other end of the phone lifted the barrier for me. Is this sharp practice? Does this happen to everyone?”
“Absolutely hopeless. 2 times out of 2 the ticket hasn’t opened the barrier in last 2 visits. Las Aednesday the worse as barrier was not working for anybody leading to massive queues.
Typical Edinburgh airport nowadays- hopeless!”
“Very busy, eventually found a spot on 5th level, access to fast track security was good.
Upon exit I was asked to pay £240 for my stay!!, had to message for help and the guy quickly allowed me to exit once he checked by vehicle reg, not what I wanted at 3am :(”
