“Booking on line was simple. Entry to the car park and finding a space was easy. After dropping off hold luggage using the fast track for security was brilliant.
The only negative was when exiting the car park on putting our ticket in the machine we received the message "excess charge of £360" - however used the call button and an assistant took our details and sorted it all out without any fuss.
Used to always use Mid parking but for the small extra charge we will definitely use this parking in future.”
“Parking itself was great, found a space nice and easily and Fastrack included helps a lot. Leaving was not so smooth though, and despite pre-paying, the exit barrier expected me to pay £70 for a days parking. A quick call for help, cleared that though.”
“While the booking process was straightforward the exit from the car park was anything but! Edinburgh Airport Parking claimed I owed them £675.00 for a two-week stay when the parking fee had been pre-paid 6 weeks in advance. I can think of many other alternative parking solutions at Edinburgh Airport which offer a better welcome home. Having emailed EAP with my complaint, I am still awaiting a response!”
