“Broadly speaking, this was fine, but it would be helpful if there were instructions actually on arrival at the barrier as whilst I'd checked before I came, I had driven for a while to get to the airport and forgotten some of what was on the email and had to root around for the copy. Also, the priority walkway on level 2 is very poorly signposted.”
“I had booked the car into the multi-storey and fast track from Wednesday to Saturday. Pre paid, when I went to leave on the Saturday the barrier said I needed to pay £180.00. I spoke to the operator and explained the issue and was let out. Other than that I will continue to use the service as rquired.”
“Fantastic service for parking but would like better signage for the multi-storey parking as one of our party got mixed up and went into the wrong place but they were able to sort it out.”
“Everything was fine with our booking and whilst our car was in the multi storey car park. However in departure through the gates the exit barrier said we owed £427! Which was a bit of a shock to get at 6am in the morning after a 15hr flight. On pressing the intercom button. We were told sorry there is an error with the camera’s! Surely if this was known, something could have been done at the point of exit, as that was a nasty surprise to get.”
“Once again prepaid and once again not noticed at the exit gate and you then need to wait for someone to answer the call and eventually the exit is opened for you...the queues to exit are getting longer and longer..”
